Supporting QMUL with the application of the government funded Salix Grant, Carbon Numbers were contracted with delivering a turnkey solution which included a full energy evaluation using our energy data profiling, a full review and design, H&S including full cdmc responsibilities and all commissioned and hosted on a cloud based system.
Managed and installed in a live environment, 100% of savings were underwritten utilising IMPV to verify savings.

Benefits
- Using the fully funded Salix Grant ensured that QMUL was cashflow positive from day 1.
- BEMs – Lux level readings from the roof, position of blinds, control positioning of blinds, control the switching of the new lights from the position of blinds and lux levels.
- All lights have been replaced and redesigned on the 1st floor.
- Air quality and light levels improved.
- The project was delivered within a 10-month timeframe.
