Keys Facts

24/7 Support and Monitoring
With building controls supplied by Trend, the smart monitoring that will be installed will allow us to remotely monitor and assess energy usage.
Salix Funded
Government funding to improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions and lower energy bills.
Integrated Lighting systems & LED Upgrade
Current lighting is being replaced with integrated Trend Ex-Or lighting for increased energy efficiency and a lower amount of carbon produced across the estate.
£2.5 Million Contract
Completed over 10 months, it will enhance the operating environments, reducing maintenance spends and positively impact QMUL’s energy footprint.
ISO Compliant
The system that is being installed is ISO 27001 cloud compliant and will be managed to the ISO 50001 standard.
Cloud Integration
The system will be fully integrated to cloud platforms. Real time analytics including energy reporting, live alerts and dashboards will be available from any device.
Measurement and verification
The project will be managed under IPMPV to increase certainty, reliability and level of savings and allow the bundling of savings.
